Matt Service - Founder
Matt has 35+ years of business management experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, senior executive and technology specialist. He has worked in the automotive parts aftermarket, electronics recycling and nutritional supplements industries.
For 20 years Matt owned a web-based application development company that focused on the manufacturing sector and worked with over 1000 companies in the US and abroad. He draws upon this experience to analyze and identify opportunities for business and operations process improvement.
Matt has also created, implemented and maintained the documentation, policies and procedures required to ensure compliance under cGMP, R2 (Responsible Recycling), ISO, OHSAS and EPRA (Canadian electronic products stewardship regulations) standards. As part of this he also developed and/or selected and implemented the systems to support the standards and requirements of these certifications.
Matt is a former adjunct faculty member at the Rhode Island School of Design and has been a presenter and speaker for organizations such as SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives), NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), Small Business Development Centers (CT & RI) as well as corporations such as Rackspace and Constant Contact.
Outside of work Matt is active in the community and has volunteered his time in various ways including; Suffield Board of Education member, Board Member of The Hundred Club of Connecticut, Board Member of Operation Fuel, Town of Suffield Technology Advisory Committee and Entertainment Committee Chair of North Central Connecticut Relay for Life.
